Registration to participate in the Asia-Europe Classroom Network Conference (AEC-NET) is now open to all secondary and high school teachers or educators from any of the 43 ASEM* countries.

Any information sent through the on-line registration will be kept strictly confidential.
Please note that the closing date for online registration is Tuesday, 30 September 2008. If you are interested to participate in the conference, please submit your application form before the deadline.

* ASEM (the Asia-Europe Meeting) is an informal process of dialogue and cooperation. It brings together Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mongolia, Myanmar, The Netherlands, Pakistan, The Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam, European Commission and the ASEAN Secretariat.

  Accommodation, meals and local transportation in connection to
the conference programme will be covered by the co-organisers.
However, participants will need to arrange and cover their own travel
expenses (airfare etc.) The Asia-Europe Foundation can, in some
cases, offer travel grants to participants to help defray their travelling
costs. However, requests for travel grants are considered only on a
case-by-case basis.If you would like to apply for a travel grant,
please state your reasons below.
